1. Structural Warranty
All Sundoor flush doors carry a structural warranty against manufacturing defects, core delamination, and excessive warping (exceeding IS:2202 tolerances) when stored, installed, and finished in accordance with our instructions.
This warranty covers the replacement or repair of the door leaf itself. It does not cover installation, polishing, hardware fittings, or other consequential expenses.
2. Moisture Protection Limits
Our Membrane, TBS, and Exterior-grade doors are constructed with Boiling Water Proof (BWP) resin bonding to resist high humidity. However, warranty coverage for moisture damage is conditional upon the following:
- All lock cutouts, hinges, and planed edges must be sealed with moisture-resistant primer/paint immediately during installation.
- Doors must not be subjected to prolonged direct water pooling or continuous exposure to steam without adequate ventilation.
- Bottom edges must be painted or sealed to prevent capillary draw of water from floor cleaning.
3. Finish Warranty
Digital doors and PVC membrane doors are covered against spontaneous surface peeling, cracking, or premature fading of the decorative layer under normal indoor residential usage.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover fading or bubbling caused by exposure to direct outdoor sunlight, chemical cleaners containing acids/abrasives, or mechanical scratching and impact damage.
4. How to Register & File a Claim
To file a warranty claim, please use our online portal: File a Claim Portal. You will be required to submit:
- Proof of purchase (invoice showing date and dealer name).
- Images or videos displaying the reported issue.
- Customer details (Name, Phone number, and installation address).
