1. Trade Terms & Quotations
All product designs, pricing structures, and freight charges are subject to change. Official quotes issued by Suman Enterprise are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise in writing.
For custom size orders, dimensions must be verified and signed off by the dealer or customer prior to factory processing. Once production begins, custom size orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.
2. Delivery & Dispatch
While Suman Enterprise leverages standard carrier networks for Pan-India dispatch, delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by logistical delays arising from transport disruptions or weather events.
Dealers and customers are required to inspect packaging upon arrival. Any physical transport damage must be recorded on the consignment note (POD) and reported to our dispatch desk via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receipt.
3. Dealership Agreements
Dealership status is granted at Suman Enterprise's discretion. Dealers must maintain display standards, adhere to regional pricing agreements, and hit minimum quarterly sales volumes to maintain authorised retail status.
All brand assets, catalogues, and digital media provided by Sundoor remain the intellectual property of Suman Enterprise and must only be used to promote genuine Sundoor products.
4. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Purba Burdwan, West Bengal.
